Peter Dougherty serves as a financial planner at BISSAN Wealth Management, a leading financial planning firm in Spain. He holds the European Financial Planner (EFP) certification from the European Financial Planning Association of Spain, as well as the Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designations in the United States.

Aitor Jauregui is Managing Director and Head of Latin America for BlackRock, overseeing all of the firm’s activities in the region, serving as Chairman of the Latin America Executive and Operating Committees, and sitting on the firm’s Global Operating Committee. Previously, he served as Country Manager for BlackRock in Iberia (Spain, Portugal, and Andorra) and was a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. He brings extensive professional experience in financial markets, spanning asset and wealth management. Additionally, he holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, earned degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Deusto, is fluent in English and Spanish, and specializes in asset management, ETF and investment fund sales, leadership, strategy, and team management.
