Joaquín Frances

Joaquin is a seasoned European executive with a prolonged career in banking and finance, spanning over four decades. He began his professional journey at Banco Sabadell, where he rose through the ranks, initially in Spain, then in the U.K., and ultimately in the United States, where he held the position of General Manager. Throughout his career in the U.S., he led banking branches, registered investment advisors, and broker-dealers, building a reputation for dedicated leadership and strategic insight. Today, Joaquin is the CEO of Boreal Capital Management LLC and Boreal Capital Securities LLC, overseeing the company’s operations and growth. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA, and holds an FRM certification. Currently, he is further enhancing his expertise by pursuing accreditation in Risk in Artificial Intelligence.
