Onur Erzan will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of AllianceBernstein on April 1, 2027, succeeding Seth Bernstein, who will retire after nearly a decade at the helm but will continue serving on the Board of Directors.

Under Seth Bernstein's leadership, the firm nearly doubled its assets under management to exceed $919 billion as of August 2026, transforming into a global manager diversified across public and private assets.

Erzan, with over 20 years of prior experience at McKinsey and a track record at the firm since 2021, has been key to the expansion into active ETFs, private credit, and wealth solutions for high-net-worth clients.
