Charlie Wilson is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2012 as associate portfolio manager and was promoted to portfolio manager in 2014.
Charlie earned a BS in geology from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a PhD in geophysics from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to joining Thornburg, Charlie served as co-portfolio manager for Marsico Capital Management in Denver, Colorado. He was responsible for portfolio investments across multiple strategies and geographies, with specialization in materials, energy, technology, and payments sectors.
Sebastian Thomas is a senior research analyst, director and lead portfolio manager of the Global Artificial Intelligence strategy at Allianz Global Investors, which he joined in 2003. He heads the firm’s US technology/telecom research effort and is responsible for covering large- and mid-cap software and internet technology companies. Thomas has over 24 years of investment-industry experience, having worked at Roger Engemann & Associates (a Phoenix Investment Partners company), Fidelity Management and Research, Morgan Stanley, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

Mary-Therese Barton joined Pictet Asset Management in 2004 and is Head of Emerging Market Fixed Income, overseeing the Emerging Market Sovereign, Corporate and Greater China debt strategies.
Prior to joining Pictet she worked at Dun & Bradstreet, where she was an economist responsible for analysing European countries.
Mary-Therese graduated with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford. She also holds an MSc with distinction in Development Finance from the Centre for Financial Management Studies, SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), part of the University of London. Mary-Therese is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Previously, she worked at MetLife, Mirae Asset Global Investments, and at hedge fund companies Para Advisors and Ziff Brothers Investments.
Nikolay Markov joined Pictet Asset Management in 2013 as an Economist in the Fixed Income Department. Before joining Pictet AM, he was working in the Monetary Policy Unit of the Swiss National Bank where performed research on monetary policy rules for Switzerland. Prior to working at the Swiss National Bank he was a teaching and research assistant at the University of Geneva and participated in international academic conferences.
