Antes de incorporarse a Pantheon, V\u00edctor fue director en HSBC Alternatives Ltd, donde se dedic\u00f3 a inversiones en fondos primarios, secundarias y coinversiones en los sectores de capital riesgo, cr\u00e9dito privado e impacto. Anteriormente, pas\u00f3 tres a\u00f1os en Access Capital Partners en Par\u00eds, tras haber iniciado su carrera en el \u00e1rea de servicios de transacciones en Deloitte, en Luxemburgo.
