Erik Swords es director de estrategias tecnol\u00f3gicas globales del equipo tem\u00e1tico fundamental de Voya Investment Management. Se incorpor\u00f3 a la empresa tras la integraci\u00f3n por parte de Voya de determinados activos y equipos que constitu\u00edan la mayor parte del negocio de Allianz Global Investors en Estados Unidos, donde era gestor jefe de carteras, director general y dirig\u00eda el equipo tecnol\u00f3gico global de Estados Unidos. Antes de eso, trabaj\u00f3 en Newton Investment Management durante 16 a\u00f1os, donde dirigi\u00f3 una de las estrategias tecnol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s importantes de BNY Mellon, junto con otras carteras tem\u00e1ticas centradas en la tecnolog\u00eda y sectores relacionados. Anteriormente, trabaj\u00f3 como analista de investigaci\u00f3n cubriendo el sector del software en Pilgrim Baxter Associates, Exis Capital Management y Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group.
