En este puesto, trabaja para extender modelos de participaci\u00f3n con clientes institucionales e intermediarios en toda la regi\u00f3n EMEA y dirige al equipo de estrategas de cartera con sede en Londres. Antes de su incorporaci\u00f3n a la empresa en 2022, Matthew fue director de inversi\u00f3n, soluciones multiestrategia y tem\u00e1ticas en Wellington Management desde 2015. Anteriormente, fue director de estrategia de inversiones multiactivo en BlackRock desde 2011. Ocup\u00f3 puestos de desarrollo de productos, primero como gerente estructurador de productos en Ord Minnett Group de 2006 a 2009 y m\u00e1s tarde como gerente de desarrollo de productos en BT Investment Management (ahora Pendal Group). Matthew fue jefe de productos estructurados e investigaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n de fondos en Aegis Equities Research de 2005 a 2006. Comenz\u00f3 su carrera en&nbsp;la Australian Prudential Regulation Authority como analista s\u00e9nior en 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew obtuvo un grado con honores en Econ\u00f3micas y otro en Comercio, ambos por la Universidad de Newcastle en Australia.
