Lei Qiu es gestora de carteras de renta variable de innovaci\u00f3n disruptiva y responsable de las carteras de disruptores globales y tecnolog\u00eda internacional. Es gestora de carteras en AB desde 2016 y anteriormente fue analista de investigaci\u00f3n s\u00e9nior, centrada en los sectores de tecnolog\u00eda, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y telecomunicaciones. Antes de incorporarse a la empresa en 2012, Qiu fue fundadora y socia directora durante tres a\u00f1os de Phidias Capital Management, una empresa de gesti\u00f3n de activos centrada en la tecnolog\u00eda. De 2003 a 2009, fue socia general y analista de investigaci\u00f3n s\u00e9nior en Andor Capital Management, y de 2000 a 2002, fue analista de investigaci\u00f3n en Chilton Investment Company. De 1995 a 1997, Qiu trabaj\u00f3 como analista de banca de inversi\u00f3n en Goldman Sachs & Co.
