Antes de incorporarse a la entidad como analista de inversi\u00f3n en 2019, Agust\u00edn fue analista s\u00e9nior en Eventide Asset Management, donde trabaj\u00f3 en el Healthcare and Life Sciences Fund desde 2017. Anteriormente, desde 2014, fue analista en RA Capital Management, un&nbsp;<em>hedge fund<\/em>&nbsp;long\/short orientado a la biotecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agust\u00edn obtuvo el t\u00edtulo de ingenier\u00eda biom\u00e9dica en la Texas A&amp;M University, con \u00absumma cum laude\u00bb. Tambi\u00e9n complet\u00f3 un doctorado en ingenier\u00eda m\u00e9dica y f\u00edsica m\u00e9dica del programa Harvard-MIT en ciencias y tecnolog\u00eda de la salud. La investigaci\u00f3n de su doctorado se centr\u00f3 en el desarrollo de f\u00e1rmacos para una enfermedad rara gen\u00e9tica, con el resultado de varias patentes y publicaciones.
