Antes de unirse a la firma, Ama trabaj\u00f3 como profesional de sostenibilidad en el sector inmobiliario, primero como gerente de esquemas para BREEAM (certificaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica) y luego ense\u00f1\u00f3 a otros c\u00f3mo certificar edificios ecol\u00f3gicos antes de comenzar a construirlos.<\/p>\n<p>Ama obtuvo una licenciatura en gesti\u00f3n ambiental de la Universidad de Hertfordshire y se gradu\u00f3 con una maestr\u00eda en dise\u00f1o interdisciplinario para el entorno construido de la Universidad de Cambridge, Wolfson College.
