Randeep se uni\u00f3 a M&amp;G en 2005 como asistente de gesti\u00f3n de fondos del equipo de Renta variable de M&amp;G. Entre 2013 y 2017, fue gestor de las estrategias M&amp;G Global Themes y Managed Growth y, entre 2017 y 2019, gestor adjunto de la estrategia de M&amp;G Global Recovery. Antes de incorporarse a M&amp;G, Randeep trabaj\u00f3 en contabilidad de fondos para State Street. Se licenci\u00f3 en econom\u00eda por la Universidad de Birmingham en 2003.
