Con el profesor Mario Fern\u00e1ndez escribi\u00f3 un innovador trabajo sobre la Responsabilidad de los Administradores de Empresa y en mayo del 2007 co-redact\u00f3 el&nbsp; libro: \u201cLas Cajas de Ahorro. Modelo de Negocio, Estructura de Propiedad y Gobierno Corporativo donde alertaba sobre la urgencia regulatoria. Es miembro del Comit\u00e9 Directivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Derecho Financiero y Bancario, del Club de Arbitraje y del Comit\u00e9 Nacional de la ICC.
