Laurence is a portfolio manager and deputy head of the emerging markets equity team at RBC BlueBay Asset Management. Before joining the firm in 2013, she was the head of the emerging markets team at a leading UK-based asset management company. In that role, Laurence managed strategies for Asian and global emerging market equities and developed quantitative models for stock selection and environmental analysis. She began her professional career in 1998 as a quantitative analyst at a major financial services company, where she supported European and global equity portfolio management teams by developing quantitative models to assist in portfolio construction and stock selection. Laurence holds a university diploma (Magist\u00e8re) in Statistical Economics and a postgraduate diploma (DEES) in Statistics and Econometrics from the University of Toulouse.
