Having been a member of the ISG since its inception in 2005, Phil took on leadership of this group in 2012 with his appointment as Head of Diversified Fixed Income and Rates. He joined Henderson Global Investors in 2005 as Head of Interest Rate Strategy and established the Rates Alpha team to drive the interest rates risk in Henderson\u2019s fixed income portfolios. His career began in 1988 when he started work as an Assistant Fund Manager at Sun Life of Canada. Phillip joined UBS Global Asset Management as a Fund Manager in the fixed income team and became Head of UK Fixed Income and Global Sovereign Strategy as well as a member of the Investment Committee responsible for asset allocation.
