Inicialmente, trabalhou como analista com foco em a\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais e, posteriormente, tornou-se especialista em derivativos. Mais tarde, foi nomeado diretor associado de derivativos e produtos estruturados, antes de assumir seu cargo atual. Iniciou sua carreira profissional na AMP Asset Management em 1991.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlo \u00e9 graduado com honras em matem\u00e1tica com aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em gest\u00e3o pela Brunel University. Ele tamb\u00e9m possui mestrado em negocia\u00e7\u00e3o matem\u00e1tica e finan\u00e7as pela Bayes Business School.
