Anteriormente, a partir de 2009, MJ foi s\u00f3cio fundador da Source, uma gestora de investimentos focada na cria\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de ETFs, incluindo uma parceria com a PIMCO para criar e distribuir uma s\u00e9rie de ETFs de renda fixa. A Source foi comprada pela Invesco em 2017. Antes da Source, MJ passou 18 anos no Morgan Stanley, ocupando diversos cargos em finan\u00e7as corporativas, origina\u00e7\u00e3o de mercados de capital, negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, vendas, a\u00e7\u00f5es, renda fixa, patrim\u00f4nio privado e estrat\u00e9gia de tecnologia. A maioria dessas fun\u00e7\u00f5es girava em torno da renda fixa e da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e expans\u00e3o do acesso dos investidores \u00e0 classe de ativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MJ \u00e9 bacharel em economia e governo pela Dartmouth College e possui um certificado em economia e rela\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais pela London School of Economics.
